Going into crescent lunge from here..
Plug all 4 corners of your front foot to lift the arch.
Deeply bend the front knee and stack above your ankle. Thigh bone parallel to your mat.
Pull your back foot heal forward over big toe, heal in the air.
Reach arms up.
Naval pulls in to your spine
Gently lift the torso
Melt shoulders away from the ears.
Stay here and breathe
