The sky is the limit!! I had an awakening moment yesterday it literally felt like a light bulb moment the moment I needed to realise the truth of what really is. And I realised the sky is the limit. That fear will always hold you back, but truth is enlightening. Nothing is out of reach, and reach for the stars I say!! ✨✨✨✨✨

Hey peps sooooo here’s some fun photos for ya!
The joys of being a Skin Therapist is you have to try and know all the treatments you offer…… and of course it goes without saying I want to maintain excellent skin. This week I had a Profractional Ablative Laser treatment. With our machine
Photo 1 immediately after the treatment face was still topically numb but bloody hot.
Photo2 is day one still warm and swollen sensitive as anything stingy as anything but gentle cleanse basic hydrate and sunscreen is a must.
Then of course I forgot to take more photos while my skin started to shead off like a snake. But day 5 is today( no filter at all) the last few photos and after LED red light therapy each night and hydrating products we made it!
I can hands down say this is one if the most effective treatments I’ve had. Lots of admin but amazing results!

This is 44 another year around the sun!! And man it feels good! Happiest I’ve felt in a long time to have a Birthday. And 2 years alcohol free!! Forties really are some good years! Yes things are feeling abit more nigglybody wise, haha but everything else is just more at flow. I guess I’m just alittle wiser now 😂 age is a number but there’s something that happens the longer you spend on this earth. 🌍 happy Full moon eclipse everyone! And here’s to 44!!! ❤️✨🙏

Matariki✨ 2025 On reflection of the last few weeks and the weeks coming up so many endings and new beginnings. All around me and for me and my family. There’s been chapters closed and new ones starting. And today lots of tears shead as we went through some old memories and cleared out some of the past, there’s been some big reflection of myself as a mother. It’s really felt like the end of an era. Hope your all flowing nicely into the Māori New Year xx 😘

It would be easy to not stay active right now, I have stitches in afew places and a very very injured wrist (needing surgery😞) which I can’t really hold any weight in! I’ve sulked a lot about not being about to lift heavy weights. But oh well so much to be grateful for and it’s making me move in other ways it was nice to get in some reformer Pilates today! X

It’s the beginning of a new season as we start to turn inwards, days get shorter and cooler, plants start to shead thier leaves. And a new moon, I just read is a new Moon in Aries which brings a fresh wave of energy. It’s a month to look after your well-being and swap procrastination for being proactive!
New moon is the time to start fresh, set your intentions for the moon cycle or month ahead. I just stood outside and stared at the beautiful sunset with the new moon in sight soooooo beautiful. X 🌙
