I never thought I'd say this but I'm now officially an early riser, and it's one of the best things I've done 🤩. For years I admired those that were part of the 5am club and their productive morning routines, getting a head start on their days, on life. Meditating, Journaling, planning, getting that workout in before life got too busy. I admired them, but never thought that I could BE them. I was more of a night owl than an early bird. Choosing to stay up late watching Netflix to relax while also thinking about all the things I didn't do that day that I should be doing instead. But here's the trick friends...go to bed earlier. I know, mindblowing huh?! If you can change your routine and still get your 7-8 hours of sleep in, you will naturally start to wake up early. And it is actually life changing. Having 1or 2 hours to yourself, just for you, in the morning, when it's quiet and there's no distractions and your mind is clear, is magical. I feel more focused, more in control, more organised, more energized, calmer and way more productive. Wanna join the club? Or are you already in it?! 🌄
