Active Health Osteo will be closing down permanently from Thursday 23rd December. Simone, Adam and I would like to say a big thank you for all your support over the years! If you're a patient and are signed up for emails, you should have received an email already with more information.
I am having a baby girl! It's looking like she might be making an appearance early, so I've had to stop working sooner than expected...

I wanted to wish you and your families all a wonderful and safe Christmas and New Year period!

I understand many of you are frustrated and are desperately needing treatment. As an osteopath, I think we need to be able to open up to the public but need to do so in a safe way. I do believe that by using strict screening, cleaning and sign in protocols this is possible. Here is a link to a petition to get Osteopaths as well as other Allied Healthcare professionals listed as essential workers. I have signed this as well and have shared it as well. If you could consider doing so too that would be great. Thank you!

Broadly speaking, headaches can be categorized into one of three different groups:
1) Primary headaches - including migraines, tension and cluster headaches etc
2) Secondary headaches - resulting from concussions or head injuries and a variety of underling health conditions
3) Cranial neuralgias (nerve pain in and around the head) and other headaches.
