A Summer Solstice + New Moon Ritual

Join us for a sacred evening to close the year and plant the first seeds of the next.
We gather under the Solstice Sun and the New Moon to share ceremonial Mama Cacao, release through Shamanic Breathwork, rest deeply in Yoga Nidra, and soften into sound and smoke.

This evening is designed to help you let go of the year that has passed, create space in the body and mind, and set clear intentions as we move into a new cycle.

🌕 Updated Timetable at My Secret Garden 🌕

🌙 Two new classes have just been added to our weekly schedule, creating more space for tuning inwards as we move toward the end of the year.

🌙 And on December 20th, we’ll be holding our final class/event for 2025 ~ a beautiful 2 hour Ceremonial Journey.
Full details are still to come ~ announcement next week.

🌙 We have more new classes being added to the schedule for 2026, so keep an eye out in the new year.
