🎉The Power of Conversation – Another Client Win!...CLAIM PAID! 🎉

Here’s a great example of why having a broker matters.

Lou met met with one of our clients to complete an application and take medical history details. During the chat, Mr mentioned an ATFL injury back in 2024 that had him signed off work. It was a tough time for them.

He had an old bank income protection policy and asked if he ever claimed. His response:

*"Ah no, it’s been too long for that."*

Well, it definitely hasn’t! If you’ve paid the premiums, you’re entitled to the benefit. We helped him navigate the claim process with the bank, and we had this approved, and he has now received **$18,323.33... CLAIM PAID**. 👏

It made our day to see that outcome! Even sweeter, these clients had recently been robbed and were struggling to make a claim themselves, telling us how frustrating it was dealing with a call centre. The money couldn't have come at a better time!
