You can’t buy home insurance while the kitchen is burning down. 🏠🔥

In New Zealand, nearly 1 in 3 income insurance claims are now for mental health.

It’s a massive financial risk, but most people don't think about it until they're already struggling.

Insurance is for the "what ifs," not the "it's already happening."

As soon as you mention "work stress" or "anxiety" to your GP, it’s on your medical record for good. For an insurance company, that’s like seeing smoke. They could (for example)potentially add a mental health exclusion on your policy for years(or permanently), leaving you to pay for your own recovery.
