Well the Yippie crew had some adventures tonight!
Slight mishap with the water pipes, leaving a very clean studio from ceiling to floor…

Because of this we have turned off the water and are unable to run our heat system until we get the part needed. There is currently no power in the women’s changing room and disabled toilet but the rest of the studio is all good.

The 6:15am class will still run, however will be non-heated and showers won’t be available for use - you are welcome to leave class early to go home and shower. Women you are welcome to change in our treatment room, or in the men’s changing room (if there are no men in class).

The 9am Compact 26&2 is canceled, to give us a chance to fix everything once the shops are open and people are awake!

12pm and afternoon classes should run as normal, there potentially may not be power in the women’s changing rooms, if this is the case - Men can change in the treatment room (no shower though) and women can use the men’s changing room.
The teacher will instruct you on where to go once you get to the studio.

We appreciate your patience while we get this fixed!

𝑽𝒊𝒏𝒐-𝒚𝒂𝒔𝒂 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 - Saturday 15th November 7-8pm, join us for a fun class incorporating yoga shapes, sipping wine and partner co-operation. 𝗞𝗼𝗵𝗮 𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀, 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆.

Come and join our HIIT crew on Sunday mornings at 9:45am.

Sundays we ease back a little and focus on technique, quality over quantity. Still the same heat, and still a great work out but with time and space to really get the form down correctly.

Our Sunday class is a blueprint of our Monday evening class, so a good chance to preview what’s to come the following evening where everything steps up a whole other notch!

Occasionally we will switch out the HIIT class for a pilates class - to compliment the practice and provide a taper in the intensity, while still building the strength required. Always check Mindbody to see what the most up to date class will be!

This Sunday 9th November at 6:15pm come and experience the perfect blend of relaxation and mindfulness with our Yin and Cacao circle. This unique offering combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin yoga with the heart-opening properties of ceremonial cacao.

- 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲:We begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, allowing you to connect with the plant’s energy and set your intentions for the practice.

We’ve kicked off the 6 week challenge - who’s excited???

We have an awesome group of participants taking part, they kicked it off this weekend with an intense and fun HIIT class by Charlie, a wonderful 26&2 beginners 26&2 workshop with Michelle and plenty of chances to put their learnings into practice with our hot yoga classes over the weekend.

There is still time to join! If you’ve decided you don’t want to miss out on the fun then send us a DM or email and get signed up asap. The challenge is to average 4 classes a week for 6 week (24 total). You receive an unlimited 6 week pass with your entry fee plus 3 more great workshops and ongoing support and education. Even if you don’t end up getting 4 a week it’s still a great deal and great way to form a routine leading into the summer. 😎

26&2 Beginners Workshop this Saturday!

New to Bikram/26&2 Yoga or curious to understand the 26&2 sequence more deeply?

Join this special beginner focused workshop where we break down the postures, breathing and alignment that form the heart of this transformative practice.

Run by experienced 26&2 Teacher Michelle and Yippie Yopi studio owner/experienced hot HITT Teacher Alison. You’ll learn how to move safely in the heat, use your breath to stay calm and steady. And understand what each cue really means - building confidence to step into any 26&2 class with ease.

Perfect for beginners and those wanting to refine their foundation before the 6-Week Challenge begins

Reminder of Halloween at the studio this Friday!!

Get your spook in the hottest studio in Napier… beginning with our 5:30pm Happy hour class, dress in your scary attire and see how long you can keep it on! Spot prizes available.

Snacks and treats available in reception from 6pm onwards - candyfloss machine, popcorn machine (courtesy of ) drinks and lollies - stop by for a treat and hang, you’re also welcome to bring the kids by for a little sugar hype before bed!

Around 7/7:30pm we will begin our Halloween movie/s. Set up in the studio room and projected onto the back wall come and watch a classic 80s or 90s Halloween movie. Think, Hocus Pocus, The Craft, Practical Magic, The Adams family… bring your own snacks/drinks, bean bags and pillows. We will have bolsters and pillows set up as well.

Free for anyone, bring a friend even if they don’t come to the studio, come and hang out with us on a Friday night.
