Great visual for understanding what stretch focuses on specific muscles.

Stretching is something not enough of us do, but its importance is critical. But it’s hard to see which muscle you’re stretching, because your skin is in the way of viewing your muscular structure underneath!

Well that's a wrap folks. Can't believe our 3.5 month trip is done & dusted but what an experience we had! Sri Lanka was definitely our highlight but loved India, just needed more time! Reality has slapped us in the face & life has jolted back to normal. The adventure has begun! I'm taking a wee sabatical to go backpacking with my beautiful whanau thru Sri Lanka. My massage table will be back up & running in February 2019. Look forward to catching up with all my wonderful clients & sharing my adventure tales. Take care & see you next year!
