Why movement matters ✨
Our bodies are wrapped in something called fascia — think of it like a supportive full-body suit that holds everything together and helps us move smoothly.
When we move regularly, our fascia stays springy, elastic and responsive.
But when we sit too much or become inactive, fascia can become stiff and sticky, which can make our bodies feel tight and restricted.
This is one of the many reasons I love Pilates — it keeps the body moving, stretching, strengthening and helping our fascia stay healthy.
A gentle reminder that movement really is medicine for the body. 🤍
