Neuropuncture normalises the functioning of circle of willis, prompting mental clarity, reducing anxiety, pain & balancing brain activity.

The Circle of Willis is a ring of arteries located at the base of the brain.
It connects the major blood vessels that supply blood to the brain, including the carotid and vertebral arteries.
Its main function is to provide a backup route for blood flow if one part of the brain’s blood supply becomes blocked or reduced.
This helps maintain a steady and continuous supply of oxygen and nutrients to brain tissue.
The Circle of Willis is important for protecting the brain from damage caused by interruptions in blood circulation.

Chinese Qigong practice has always used Breathwork. For thousands of years Qi gong has been used to calm the nervous system. Now we know how.

Most people try to think their way out of stress.

But stress does not start in your thoughts.
It starts in your body.

When stress hits, your nervous system shifts into a high-alert state.
Your heart rate increases.
Your breathing becomes shallow.
And your thinking brain becomes less effective.

That is why self-talk often fails in the moment.

The fastest way to calm down is not through thoughts.
It is through physiology.

Your breath is one of the few levers you can use to directly influence your nervous system.

A simple pattern like a double inhale followed by a long exhale can rapidly reduce autonomic arousal and bring your body back toward a calmer state.

This is not a mindset trick.
It is a biological reflex.

Once your body calms down, your mind follows.

Neuropuncture supports ADHD, enhancing focus & divergence.

ADHD is often misunderstood, but it comes with remarkable advantages. People with ADHD frequently exhibit higher divergent thinking skills, allowing them to generate innovative ideas and solve problems in unique ways. This ability to think outside the box can make them exceptional creators, innovators, and problem-solvers in both personal and professional life.

Beyond creativity, ADHD can also enhance psychological resilience. Facing daily challenges associated with attention regulation often strengthens adaptability, perseverance, and the ability to bounce back from setbacks. This combination of creative thinking and resilience gives individuals with ADHD an edge in navigating complex situations and achieving long-term goals.

Embracing these strengths can transform the narrative around ADHD. Recognising the potential for creativity, innovation, and mental toughness allows those affected to harness their abilities fully and thrive. ADHD is not just a challenge to overcome; it is a source of unique talents that can lead to extraordinary accomplishments when channelled effectively. Understanding and supporting these traits can help society appreciate the hidden potential in neurodiversity.

I spoke at my first Pod Cast last night via Breathwork Collective hosted by Amanda Wright founder of Breathe Wright. The subject was Neuroscience Qi gong & Breathwork. Thank you for inviting me.

I mentioned observing oneself in the Qi gong space & the world around us. Read below. New findings in observations.

Posting the pod cast on YouTube soon.

This is what reality looks like when perception shapes existence.

Quantum physics shows that particles and systems behave differently depending on whether they are observed. The act of measurement itself influences outcomes, suggesting that the observer isn’t just watching reality—they’re subtly shaping it. Experiments like the double-slit test reveal that particles can act as waves or particles depending on observation, challenging our classical understanding of a fixed, independent universe.

It’s a mind-bending reminder that reality may not be fully separate from consciousness and that the world we see is intertwined with the one who sees it.

I teach ancient philosophy because I resonate with relevant ancient doctrines. This is one of them.

Happy Chinese New year.

In ancient Chinese mythology, when the world’s old patterns could no longer hold, a being called the Dragon-Horse ~ Longma 龙马 ~ would rise from the Yellow River.

Scaled like a dragon, fast as a horse, it carried on its back a new cosmic map: a sign that Heaven was ready to rewrite what had grown rigid, unjust, or out of balance.

It appears when systems have hardened, when power has become disconnected from life, when the old order must make way for the truth. In the earliest texts, its arrival marks a shift in destiny ~ the end of one era and the beginning of another.

Fire Horse energy is not about destruction for its own sake: it is about clearing what no longer serves.

It is the force that pushes through fear, stagnation, and inherited structures, making room for justice, breath, and new possibility to enter.

As we move into this new year, we run alongside the Fire Horse.

Now we are firmly in 2026 remember to stay linked in to the 21st Century Neuropuncture mindset in terms of treating emotional well-being & injury.

Neuropuncture targets the central nervous system & specific pathological regions of the brain to neuro-regulate & neuro-rehabilitate the cerebral areas via Neuroplasticity, stabilising brain chemistry via neuromodulation; targeting specific receptors to release specific neuro chemicals, dopamine, serotonin GABA, benzodiazepine, melatonin, BDNF & GDNF.
