Day 1 of competition is done and dusted for the Kiwi team!

It's time to rest up and get ready for tomorrow. Although a quieter day for the NZ Paralympic Team, there is certainly some great action in the pool and on the court!

The Wheel Blacks take on Great Britain for their second match, and NZ's most decorated Paralympian hits the pool for the first time. Sophie Pascoe will swim the 100m Backstroke - SB8.

Look out tomorrow morning for the WHAT'S ON TODAY broadcast schedule, and don't forget you can tune in live on TVNZ Duke.

Successful evening with Millie, Ailbhe and others massaging the south african rugby team the Bulls. Great experience personally and professionally but will still hope the canes win on saturday. Thomas's rugby team playing the opener so good luck NOBM Rodway Staples invincibles.

Hi to all my friends and contacts on face book . Well Otatara Therapies has been up and running now for a month and is going really well so thank you for all your support. I thought it was about time I entered the technological world and electronically started to communicate with you all via face book so here we go .
