Meet Joseph, one of the friendly faces keeping things running smoothly in our gym.

You’ll spot him showing new members around, helping with inductions, and bringing plenty of energy to the floor - always down for a chat (and usually mid-laugh).

Currently studying toward his Level 3 Fitness qualification, Joseph’s passionate about helping people become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.

With a background in rugby and touch (including representing NZ on the U17 Youth Tour) movement’s been part of his life from the start.

When he’s not in the gym, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, kickboxing, or spending time with his whānau.

Come say hi next time you’re in, you’ll know who he is by the grin.
