MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OUR DEAR CUSTOMERS! 🎊🎉

It’s been a big year for everyone, so I’m sure we are all looking forward to a lovely Christmas and New Years. 😊

We are only closed on the stat days (27th and 28th of December 2021 & 3rd and 4th of January 2022) so there’s no need to worry as we will be open for all your medicines needs in between the holidays. 🙂

HAVE YOU GOT YOUR COVID VACCINATION??

If you or anyone you know is over 12 years of age, you’re eligible for a free Covid-19 vaccine. It doesn’t matter what your visa or citizenship status is.

We have walk-in appointments available to get your jab for the week, so pop on down, no booking necessary.

Tuesday (21.09.21) - 2pm to 6pm

Wednesday (22.09.21) - 10am to 6pm

Thursday (23.09.21) - 10am to 6pm

Friday (24.09.21) - 10am to 4.30pm

Saturday (25.09.21) - 11am to 4pm

Victory Square Pharmacy will remain open 9am to 5.30 Monday to Friday during lockdown level 4.

To best manage workloads, we will close for lunch 12.30 to 1.30.

Customers will be served at the sliding windows on St Vincent Street.

Please respect 2 metre distances when queuing.

There is no need to order prescriptions or repeats earlier than usual - medicine supplies are being managed well.

Paywave please - no cash accepted during Level 4.

Please visit Book My Vaccine to reschedule any vaccination bookings that you might have had for Wednesday (18) & Thursday (19). Bookings are available Tuesday (25), Wednesday (26) and Thursday (27) of next week.

COVID-19 vaccinations commenced at the pharmacy yesterday. We are proud to be part of the effort to make everyone in NZ as safe as we possibly can be. If you are aged 55 or over or have a long term health condition you can make a booking to be vaccinated in the pharmacy on Book My Vaccine.nz or call 0800 28 29 26. We will be vaccinating on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thurdays between 2pm and 7.30pm and on alternate Saturdays from 11am to 4pm.

Today is World Hepatitis Day.

“World Hepatitis Day (WHD) takes places every year on 28 July bringing the world together under a single theme to raise awareness of the global burden of viral hepatitis and to influence real change. In 2021 the theme is ‘Hepatitis Can’t Wait’.

On World Hepatitis Day, 28 July, we call on people from across the world to take action and raise awareness of hepatitis because Hepatitis Can’t Wait.”

With a person dying every 30 seconds from a hepatitis related illness – even in the current COVID-19 crisis – we can’t wait to act on viral hepatitis.

We have our Hep C nurse, Karen back again at the pharmacy on the 20th of august from 11am for your FREE finger prick test.
