Worth reflecting on this statement. It is the consequences of trauma we act out today from the trauma we experienced in the past. It is so liberating to release what is held, even though we can never erase the experience. Hp has the gentle and powerful potential to support this awareness and release.

Back in Dusky Sound Fiordland for the return journey back to Nelson after the boat over wintered in Rakiura/Stewart island. Pretty magic despite 4 days of rain and grade 8 sandfly locations. The sun has retuned and we are warming up and drying out. Away for another week ....then back into communication properly. Thanks to Starlink for not feeling quite so isolated down here now.
