🌙 Trouble sleeping?
Here’s a simple Sujok tip you can do tonight, apply white poppy seeds to the big toes, the Sujok correspondence point for the brain and pineal gland. 🌿
This helps calm the nervous system, balance energy flow, and invite deeper rest.

White poppy seeds (preferred for Vata or hyperactive mind): slightly cooling, soothing, and grounding.

Black poppy seeds: more warming and stimulating to circulation, helpful if the sleep issue is due to coldness, sluggish energy, or Kapha heaviness.
