Just a quick note to let you know that Nourished by Nature will be closed for a short break from 13th April through to 4th May.

✈️ Clinic Break | We will be closed from Monday 13th April - Monday 4th May. Emails and phone calls will not be monitored during this time.

💊Supplement orders | Orders placed via Nutriscript, Pacific Health and Integria will not be affected.

For Daisy to place an order for you personally, please place your order before Friday 10th April.

🧪 Laboratory tests | Tests for NutriPath and Precision Analytical will not be affected.

Hair Analysis: Please ensure that your hair analysis samples have been sent by Wednesday 8th April. All samples arriving after Friday 10th April will be processed after 4th May.

Let me tell you about my beautiful client Kathryn❤️..
The moment Kathryn walked into my office, I could see the exhaustion in her eyes.

I see this too often in women—tired yet wired, stuck in a cycle of sleepless nights🥴 and low moods😢.

📢“I don’t know what else to do”
📢“I can’t sleep"
📢"My mood is all over the place"
📢"I just don’t feel like me anymore"
are sentences I hear every week from women getting to a point of simply feeling awful, physically and mentally.

So many women come to me with a similar story, feeling disconnected from themselves, unaware that their hormones might be playing a huge role in how they feel.

What we find is that their hormones are often completely out of balance. When we go over test results and the symptoms that are related to the imbalances, there is a lot of "Oh my God, that's so me".

Many women need to hear 🥰"IT'S NOT IN YOUR HEAD"🥰.
"We can address these imbalances and you don't have to do it on your own".

I created a personalised plan for Kathryn—some small lifestyle shifts🚶‍♀️, targeted supplements💊, and a few adjustments to her daily diet🥗. She was hesitant at first, like so many women are, but she committed to the process.

Every time that she came in to clinic, there were positive shifts in her mood, she slept better and started to lose the weight which had been a sticking point for her for so long.

Moments like this are why I love my job. Particularly the testing side of things. Testing🧪 gives people answers and clear direction.
Helping women reconnect with themselves, regain their energy, and find their happiness again is the most rewarding part of my work.

Kathryn's journey was just one of many, but every time I see that transformation, it reminds me why I’m doing what I'm doing—to guide, to support, and to help others find their way back to balance.
