Practicing prenatal yoga can help to feel at ease during pregnancy and more confident about labour and birth. Pregnancy Yoga classes practiced in the Vinyasa Flow style. Suited to pregnant women who are in the 2nd or 3rd trimester and wanting to stay healthy during pregnancy. Pregnancy yoga classes will give you the tools to move through this wonderful and ever changing time in your life with ease and grace. The classes are run in six week blocks with follow on classes available.

There's only two spaces left for this beautiful and beneficial six week prenatal yoga course beginning next Tuesday 12th October. The course focuses on building strength, releasing tension and practicing breathing techniques so you can feel more confident and empowered when it comes time to birth your baby.

This gentle and restful class is specifically designed for women to experience feelings of total relaxation and release.

This restorative style of yoga can help to balance the body and mind, release tension and anxiety and improve immunity and digestion.

Walking is a great way to stay active during the first trimester when it's common to feel tired and nauseous.

After 12 weeks adding in prenatal yoga is a beautiful way to stay fit and healthy while also learning tools and techniques to help enjoy pregnancy more and prepare for an easier labour and birth.

I will provide you with valuable tools and very easy daily life adjustments you can implement to ensure that you are continually encouraging your baby into the optimal position for birth. It's never to early to start with this!
From here you can enter into your labour and birth feeling more empowered and confident knowing that your baby is in just the right position for the easiest and safest delivery possible.
