This is why I now use Tuning Forksâ¨đŤđhere is a clients perspective.. before realising that sound tesonance works..
Why do I feel wired and exhausted at the same time?â
Thatâs what I typed into Google at 3:12 AM⌠after realizing my heart rate was sitting at 91 BPM while lying in bed, doing absolutely nothing.
I wasnât stressed. I wasnât drinking caffeine. I wasnât even thinking about anything serious.
And yet my body thought I was sprinting.
That was the moment I knew something deeper was wrong.
For three years, Iâd been dealing with this strange combination of:
⢠Anxiety for no reason
⢠Brain fog that made me forget simple things
⢠Muscle tension that felt like a constant clenched fist in my neck and shoulders
⢠Restless sleep and early waking
⢠That âon edgeâ feeling that never really goes away
I tried everything:
⢠Therapy
⢠Supplements
⢠Magnesium
⢠Meditation apps
⢠Cutting out caffeine
⢠âHealing frequencyâ playlists on YouTube
Nothing worked. And in some cases⌠it made things worse.
So I started tracking everything â sleep, diet, exercise, heart rate, triggers â hoping to find a pattern.
And I did.
Thatâs when the weird part started.
I discovered that the ârelaxing musicâ Iâd been using to calm myself⌠was actually making things worse.
Seriously.
When I removed it, my resting heart rate dropped 10 points. When I added it back in, it spiked again.
That sent me down a rabbit hole about sound and frequency.
And thatâs where everything changed.
The Thing No One Tells You About Music After 1939
My sister is a piano teacher. When I asked her what her instrument was tuned to, she said âStandard A440.â
I had no idea what that meant⌠until I found a video titled:
âWhy 440 Hz Is Killing You.â
My first thought? Another internet conspiracy.
But I watched it anyway.
A man poured sand on a metal plate and played two tones:
⢠440 Hz (the frequency all music is tuned to today)
⢠432 Hz (the natural tuning used before 1939)
At 440 Hz, the sand formed jagged, broken patterns. Chaos.
At 432 Hz, the sand instantly snapped into perfect sacred geometry. Harmony.
That was the moment it hit me:
Weâve been listening to chaos for the last 80 years.
And now modern research is finally proving how that affects your body.
A 2018 study showed that:
⢠440 Hz had no measurable impact on stressed adults
⢠But 528 Hz â a natural harmonic frequency â significantly reduced cortisol, boosted oxytocin, and improved heart rate variability
But hereâs the catchâŚ
Even if you find these âhealing frequenciesâ on YouTube or Spotify, your body canât use them the way you think.
Why?
Because your nervous system doesnât have ears.
Sound Isnât Enough. Your Body Needs Vibration.
Think about it â when youâre anxious, where do you feel it?
Not in your ears.
In your chest.
In your gut.
In your shoulders.
Thatâs because stress is felt in the body, not just the brain.
And thatâs when my friend Brian sent me something strange.
He said:
âYou should try these. Theyâre not audio. Theyâre actual physical tuning forks used in neural research.â
I thought he was joking.
But he explained the science â these arenât just âmusical forks.â
Theyâre precision-calibrated medical-grade forks designed to deliver specific frequencies directly into your tissue through vibration.
Itâs called entrainment â when a stronger frequency forces a weaker one to match it.
Just like a tuning fork can tune a guitar stringâŚ
These forks help tune your nervous sy
