We’re looking for fun, passionate, community-minded people who are ready to step outside their comfort zone, learn to dance, and be part of one of the most special fundraising events in our region ❤️

If you, or someone you know is, concerned about balance, strength, or mobility - or has experienced a fall - you’re not alone. Our classes are designed to support seniors in staying active, independent, and confident.

We proudly meet the ACC clinical assessment criteria for high-quality Strength & Balance classes & are a part of Live Stronger for Longer.

All classes are held at Olive Estate Lifestyle Village - community members welcome.
