THE TRUTH IS...

The eating plan you can stick to consistently for months [and then years!] is the plan that will work for you!

It's so easy to chase the next quick fix when the true result lie in consistency.

1 simple tip is to stop eating foods than have more than 5 ingredients. Read food labels and start learning what you are putting into your body.

Today is crate day in NZ where a lot of men (and women) will drink 9+ litres of beer to “celebrate” the start of summer.

It is another spell of the hypnotic social conditioning that promotes self destruction.

And there is not a better time to consciously consider your choices. “Am I actually choosing this? Or “have I been conditioned to believe this is what we do?”

24g of protein 390 Calories

40g of quick oats
10g of buckwheat groats (nice crunch)
1 TBSP pysllium husk
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 scoop protein powder
50grams of Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup of water

Combine all ingredients. Mix until combined. Store in fridge for 1-3days.

When making a snack or meal always make at least two servings so you reduce you meal prep time the following day!
