The concept behind Exhale came to light after I had this lightbulb moment of providing clients with something completely different. So, I decided to bring together all of my experience and create a relaxing space, dedicated to total body wellbeing. After all everything goes hand in hand doesn't it. If we are feeling good on the inside, we really do sparkle on the outside! Exhale Wellness is a place where you can come and relax, forget about your day and revive and re-centre your soul. You can choose between a range of healing treatments. These include Reiki, Sacred Hot Stone Massage, Relaxation Massage, Soul Guidance and Guided Meditation. I have a love of aromatherapy and I retail a beautiful selection of essential oil roller bottle blends that I make up myself. Alongside this I provide the complete range of Bach Flower Remedies. After a detailed consultation, I can make you up a personalised remedy to take home.
