Around this time 5 years ago I was going through one of the hardest times of my life. I was looking for anything and anyone to heal me, teach me, help me, "fix" me. I'd heard of shamanism but always thought it was a bit "out there" and thought it was only for certain people of certain cultures.

Turns out there are roots of shamanism in many cultures (Celtic & Northern European being some of them) and of course, it's one of the most organic, natural, HUMAN practices there is. 🌿

Little did I know, a shamanic healing I received would be the door that truly opened up my healership journey and exploration for me. Thank you Mallory, if you ever read this. 👐

Exploring healing modalities and learning different skills for my tool box over the years has been a rollercoaster. I go through intense periods of deep study and practice to weeks of distraction and being pulled back into the matrix of life.

However, my reality now is pretty incredible. Luckily, and funnily enough, I get to spend most of my time working with some of the best shamans in the world everyday. I get to to absorb their teachings and am filled with amazing frequencies, codes and a profound knowing.

I've taken part in the deepest, beautifully gruelling initiations and found myself in awe of the magic of this work.

I finally feel like I am coming home to myself and every step I've taken has lead me to this point of realisation and remembrance of why the fck I came here.

I'm so in love with the journey now and I cant wait to share it with you.

Over the moon to read this ✨️ from my friend in hospital yesterday. I performed a new form of sound and energy remote healing on her. So good to see how potent and fast the results can be from just 1 session. This is why I came back to healing and have put so many hours into studying and evolving my practice - to help people wherever they are in the world. 🤍🙌

The power of synchroncities and following the whispers of your soul. ✨️👇

So, I bought this book at a charity shop when I first moved to New Zealand 2.5 years ago. I skimmed it for a few days and thought I'd come back to it when I felt it (it was a bit out there for me at the time but I knew I needed it in my life and healing journey). I didn't touch this book again until last night. 🤯

Fast forward to a few months ago, I started a journey of deeeep subconscious work with a coach. Alongside that, I was looking into becoming a hypnotherapist again, healing and manifesting from a scientific, psychological view point.

I started a program of meditations and learning about alpha states with Mindvalley based on the teachings of José Silva (The Silva Method). I THOUGHT it was my first time hearing of him. Lol. 🙄 I was paying quite a bit of money to be part of this program but I absolutely loved it so was worth every penny. However, I put it on pause for a while until I had more time to invest in it. ⏳️

It's always been in the back of my mind to get back to this powerful work. It's so tangible and created some crazily exciting breakthroughs for me. 🤩

Little did I know, or remember, I had the exact book sitting on my book shelf all these years.

So how did i rediscover it? Last night, all of my devices had ran out of battery - which I never let happen. I wanted to read my Kindle or watch videos.

Oh well, a good old fashioned book it is! I went towards the book shelf and took a random one. Something whispered to me to go back. I was already warm and comfy in bed but my mind wasn't having it. "Get up, it's time" clear as day.

I picked up this sunset colour book I had completely forgotten about, and saw the name "José Silva, The World Famous Silva Method". Written in 1989. 📖

What the actual F. I literally haven't stopped thinking about this Method and how I could get back to learning it.

The free resource had been in my possession this whole time. Right in front of me. No app, no website sign in, no videos to scroll through, no expensive monthly membership.

A simple, physical thing I could hold and read in bed. Everything I had been paying hundreds for a month - right there in my hand for free.

I can not wait to share this work with you. It is LIFE CHANGING and I'll be offering a few free sessions in the beginning just to show you how magical AF it is. ✨️
