I absolutely love my grounding mat. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and it sits in front of my favourite chair. I was having symptoms of neuropathy in my feet/calves but I haven’t felt that since using. As for the speed of delivery, wow can’t believe how fast I got it. Great company to deal with.
