Pregnancy + Mums & Bubs 6- week Pilates course starting Wednesday 29th April.
A 50-minute class each week in a private studio alongside other mums and mums-to-be. This is a safe, supportive and judgement-free space to move your body through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum.
Mums & Bubs - 10.30am
Prenatal - 5pm
This class is perfect if you:
- are pregnant or 6+ weeks postpartum
- have clearance from your LMC/GP (pelvic physio recommended)
- want to gently rebuild your body in a supportive space
- want to connect with other mums
Spaces are limited.
