Massage is a therapeutic technique using tissue manipulation to promote relaxation, relieve muscular Shiatsu Massage - Shiatsu means "finger pressure".

Shiatsu techniques include massages with fingers, thumbs, feet and palms; assisted stretching; and joint manipulation. Tui Na Massage - "twee naw" which literally means "pinch and pull," refers to a wide range of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapeutic massage and body work. Vacuum Cupping - Cupping is a tool, so that adsorption occurs on the body surface, to help with blood circulation and alleviate swelling and pain. Cupping is one of the best therapies for physical therapy. Reflexology - Reflexology, is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body which is located on the palm of the feet. It enhances your body’s natural healing abilities. Deep-Tissue Oil Massage - Oil Massage actually means stimulating the tissues of the body by the hands with the massage oil, in order to promote health and rejuvenation to the entire body.
