I’m facilitating a special BeYOUnd Physical class next Sunday .

These classes are designed to attune your energy bodies, and bring you into full alignment creating a coherence of your body, mind and spirit.

Using various energy medicine modalities to balance Mind , Body and Spirit.

Classes include an Aura -Soma Pomader dedication , Body Talk and energy medicine techniques that U can use on a daily basis, some stretching and toning body work followed by relaxation / guided meditation to connect with higher self and develop greater intuition.

Wear comfortable clothes.
