Hi there I'm Kate Evans I have worked as a remedial body therapist in the New PLymouth area for 17 years. I am committed to providing top quality remedial body therapy using the latest techniques and the oldest too! If you are struggling with physical, emotional or even spiritual issues you have come to the right place. I offer a number of techniques to help with all sorts of problems. I can work on many levels for instance some problems may be presenting purely on the physical level and techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, PNF stretching or Craniosacral Therapy will be required. However some physical problems particularly the chronic " tried lots of physical techniques and nothings working" type of problems maybe down to an energetic problem that stems from unresolved trauma or emotional periods in our lifes. In this case other techniques maybe employed such as Craniosacral therapy, energy healing, EMF balancing technique or Reiki. What ever the problem I will work with you to provide the best care possible, caring for your body, your emotions and your soul so please feel free to give me a call to discuss your situation and how I can help you

A new regular event for Shine Yoga starts today, instead of wine o'clock on a Friday try Yin O'clock. What better way to transform your busy week into a relaxing weekend.
At 5.30pm on Friday at the beautiful new Shine Yoga Studio we will have the wonderful Rosa taking us through some relaxing yin poses, Rosa has a beautiful singing voice and loves to sing mantra during class.
