Whole body vibration therapy (WBVT) is often offered as a treatment for balance, back pain, neurological disorders, and also simple fitness. Does it actually work, however, for the indications claimed?...WBVT may improve leg strength, endurance, and walking. It does not appear to be superior to other forms of exercise, or to add much to a regular exercise program. https://www.sciencebasedmedicine.org/whole-body-vibration-therapy/
