I hope you've all been able to enjoy some sunshine this weekend☀️
🌸 We are back at the Vintage Car Club again tomorrow for our Monday evening class @ 6.25pm ✨
🌸 There will be NO Thursday class this week as I have a prior commitment 🧡
🌸 We also have our ✨New✨ Yin to Restorative Class starting this coming Sunday morning. I will be looking to make this a regular class in the new year if it's received well ✨

✨ Super excited to share this... ✨

Never experienced Yin or Restorative Yoga before? Here's a little more information for you:

☯️ Yin and Restorative yoga both take a slower pace to a more traditional flow class. Postures are held for longer periods of time and use lots of props. You will usually stay on the floor for the whole class, and both styles of yoga are suitable for beginners.

🪷 How do these styles of yoga differ? Well during Yin there is an active stretch, but in Restorative the aim is to be completely supported by your props allowing for complete relaxation. During Yin Yoga we focus on stretching your connective tissues, whereas in Restorative Yoga we focus on allowing the mind and body to release, bringing the nervous system into a state of healing.

Location: Vintage Car Club, Stoke Street

Time: 10am-11am
