Hi dear friends 🌞
I'm enjoying a couple of days on Waiheke Island taking care of one of my dearest friends sweetie dog, who I love so much since she was just a pup 🥰 feeling blessed ❣️

This couple of days here is to be gentle and slow, for me to connect with a few friends, and settle in to focus on my new work projects, next steps and welcoming in this next phase of life with Mother Earth's Spring shining the way forward 🌞🌸

This evening brings a Super Full Moon in Aries, our beginning Star Sign perfect for Spring 🌕

Tonight I will offer pages of old writing into the fire, to release to the stars and transmute into the lightness of nothing for it is all past and gone 🔥

Lately I feel like I'm emerging from a strange sleep that seems to have lasted for years. Slowly increasing my physical energy, stepping forward and back depending on the moment ✨

I am being in acceptance of all that is present in my life, accepting the slowness of my mind and body recovering from concussion.

Acceptance of the gradual unfolding of my work purpose in Energy Alchemy and support of Transformation to greater Self Love and Care for all Souls that are ready for that piece of their Earth Life Journey with some Channeled guidance through me🐦‍🔥

This moment Now is what we have, the next moments are ready to be created with awareness to what we truly need and want for this life.
What we focus on is where our energy goes 🙌

There is so much going on in this World and I choose to keep my focus on what I can feel joy in, on things that I can do, with those I can support, on care of my self and my family and friends, on the environment next to me 🙏

That way I hold my energy for keeping me up, then I am able to share Love and Light out to others near and far 🥰 and without stress or exhaustion 🙌

I am going to go now and have the balance of beach time, writing and taking care of me and those close 🥰

Wow what a wonderful few days our Spring Retreat on Waiheke was❣️🙏

I am so grateful to the ladies that choose themselves, made space in their life to come together and consciously connect with their hearts and minds and bodies and souls to see where all is well and wonderful and see where change needs to happen for their highest greatest well-being on this earth life journey experience 🥰✨🪷🌞🙌

We held space together
We sat in sacred circles
Breathed deeply into our self
Took notice of our feelings and emotions
Meditated and self reflected on our actions, behaviours, words ways of being
And we moved into consciously Creating our next NOW with what we truly want and need
We sang around a sacred beach fire
Sound Journeyed with Justin
Forest Bathed under the ancient Pohutukawa with Nicola
Listened to the birds song, watched the full of fruits Kereru and soring Kaka
Swam ..or half swam in my case.. in the very cold clear beautiful spring Palm Beach waters
Ate nourishing whole foods and drinks
Drank Blue Lotus tea and Cacao
Collected treasures
Beach walked in Onetangi soaking up all the great energies
We took care of ourselves as we should every day
We have come away from our weekend with new skills, new plans and calm and greater inner peace than when we arrived
Thank you ladies
Thank you Mother Earth
Thank you friends
We will be back 🥰💃

I am so blessed for this to be my purpose work 🙏💖
I am so blessed these amazing ladies soul friends trust my guidance and care to come away for this time, join the activities, dive deeper into life, love, this life journey experience and grow and fill themselves with love and care 🥰
Letting go of the busyness of day to day life and then consciously create their new next now life bringing in all the goodness and calm and clear mind that they have nurtured together 🪷

✨ Today I’ve had a very slow, restful start — and I’m grateful I can move at my own pace 🥰🙏

For the past couple of weeks, leading up to the full moon and eclipse energies, I’ve been feeling both introspective and tired, while also processing what comes forward to be released from my nervous system and energy field. At the same time, I feel excited and motivated for the new 🌸

I’ve been consciously letting go of old habits, unhelpful thought patterns, past emotions, and attachments to negative experiences — releasing all energies that no longer align with or support my highest wellbeing on this earth journey 🙏 And I’ve been opening to what is unfolding before me and within me, with the loving support of Source, Spirit Guides, Ancestors, and Angels ✨

This journey of evolution and transformation continues — step by step, moment by moment. Since my concussion a year and a half ago, this process has only deepened and amplified 🥰🙏

🌟 Today in numerology, we sit within a 999 portal — a powerful time of completion, endings, and release, making space for new beginnings to emerge 🪷

Over the coming weeks, I encourage you to give yourself moments of stillness:
🌿 Meditate
🌿 Spend time in nature
🌿 Sit quietly with your breath and body
🌿 Notice your feelings, habits, and behaviours

Write down what you discover. Ask yourself: Is this helpful? Or is it time to release? When you feel ready, offer what no longer serves you up to Divine Source, God, the Universe — whichever guiding realm or being you feel connected to — and ask for it to be transmuted with love 💖

Let go ❣️🥰
This is so easy to say and can be a challenge to do for some
Some may not know how to do it or where to start

I would say if something in your life doesn't feel aligned then that is where attention is needed to release what isn't best for your highest wellbeing , take notice

Letting go doesn't always mean getting rid of in a material way
It can be a release of expectation
A removal of an object or belonging
It can be a release of a habit or pattern
An emotional attachment to a person or an object
It can be a dissolution of an energy cord

Today we have a full moon with an eclipse

Powerful energy has been building around this event for the past week and more

I have noticed old patterns revisiting my thoughts
And feelings arising that I hadn't felt for a long time

I welcomed it all and have sat and thought and felt through it
Being gentle with myself
Not judging me
Not diving head first into it all
Just being with whatever has come forward to reconsider
and let go

It has felt good to be in this, and interesting
Because I have just observed and not judged
That has allowed the details to release and be just as they are

This for me is letting go
Allowing all that wants to be seen to come forward and move along gently and with ease and peace

Full moons are always a great time for reflection on what no longer serves us to be released and this one is amplified
it aluminates, and brings completion to open the path for forward motion in your highest good

This eclipse gateway is open
The energy is much more powerful between eclipses
And it brings the invitation to see ourselves as we are in our heart
It brings the invitation to look ahead to where we are going and release anything that stands in the way of that unfolding in its greatest outcome

To sit on purpose with intention
to notice how we are feeling and with no judgement
allow all to come and go is a gift we can give ourselves
now and any time

When we work consciously with the planetary energies transformation is deeper and expanded

I continue to sit with the emotional relationship energies coming forward
Being gentle with myself
connecting with my higher self
visioning, writing, being in stillness, drumming, being creative, singing, lots of drinking water, nature time, nourishing foods

I am excited for the clearing of heart and mind space that this shift and releasing is and will bring

I am wishing you all a gentle self care and heart full time
if you can be up in the early hours of tonight/tomorrow you can hopefully see the blood moon eclipse
