Not a lot comes before me dancing Nia, but my daughter coming home after being away for 10 months, sorry, pips Nia by a long shot.

You still have the time to register for the Nia training in Kerikeri. It starts on the 5th of July. A wonderful way to deepen the Nia connection to yourself and dance over this term break.

Nia white belt Art Of Sensation training. This is an amazing opportunity to develop a healthy relationship with your body.

I am so incredibly happy that I chose to step in to Nia training a good few year back. My body and I and happy and healthier then we were back then. This journey is the best thing I have done for myself and it started with Nia White belt.

Go on, do it, I dare you, to be happy in your body.

Term one has wound to a close.
I loved letting the routine Bloom settle in my body. It was just right for what I needed in these moments of life. The gentle nourishing of this routine sat well in my bodies way of being. I found myself many times being deeply thankful for this body of work that is Nia Technique. Grateful from the depths of my being.
