✅ The vaccine is free for under-18s and for adults eligible for funded care.

If you have a fever and a rash, please call us before coming in — measles is very contagious.

October is World Menopause Month, with World Menopause Day on 18 October. This year’s theme, “Lifestyle Medicine,” highlights how everyday choices - like nutrition, physical activity, relationships, and alcohol consumption - can play a powerful role in managing symptoms and supporting overall wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause.

If you would like some lifestyle advice to manage menopausal symptoms, please book an appointment with our Health Coach, Jan, who has a special interest in menopausal lifestyle management. She’s available for appointments on Mondays and Fridays.
