A LONGER POST, BUT AN IMPORTANT ONE 🤍
To my valued clients, I want to acknowledge the recent gaps in communication and some rescheduling over the past few months.
I want to be open and honest in sharing that this period has been personally challenging for me as I’ve been navigating my mental health. It impacted my motivation, confidence, and capacity more than I initially realised, and in turn affected how I was showing up in my business. While this hasn’t been easy to speak about, transparency has always been important to me, and I believe honesty builds trust.
Over this time, I’ve taken a step back to reflect, reset, and put supports and structure in place so that the business is sustainable and aligned moving forward, not just in the short term, but long term.
For the time being, I’ll be adjusting my schedule to three working days per week, offering appointments on Sundays and Tuesdays, with Thursdays opening as needed. This is a temporary change while I continue to get things back on track.
I’ll also be seeing a maximum of four clients per day, which allows me to avoid burnout and ensure every client receives the highest quality of care, presence, and attention during their session.
To support this balance, I’ll be opening a rotating list of approximately 30 clients during this period, allowing me to maintain consistency while continuing to show up fully and sustainably.
If you’d like to be part of this rotating client list, please send me a DM and I’ll be in touch with more details. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as I navigate this next phase.
Thank you for your continued trust and support. I’m deeply grateful for the community around Peak Recovery & Wellness, and I’m looking forward to moving forward with clarity, intention, and renewed focus 🤍
