The studio is taking a wee summer break 🌞
Our last classes for the year are Mon 22 + Tue 23 December, and we’ll reopen on Mon 9 February with our usual Yin evenings at 6pm.

I’ll be using this time to rest, refuel, and you’ll find me out on the beach wherever possible.

Five years of this little Yin Side sanctuary — held, supported, and surrounded by the most beautiful humans.
Today was full of breath, softness, laughter, gifts, big hugs, and the kind of magic you can’t plan.
And then Kelvy walked in with flowers and my heart basically melted into a puddle.
So grateful for this whānau. 🤎✨

A whole week deep in Yin with the most amazing circle of wāhine — the kind who cheer you on, make you laugh, and remind you why community matters so much.

Led by the wonderful we learned, unravelled, explored, softened, and occasionally questioned our life choices during Saddle… IYKYK

What I’m taking away most is this: trust your voice, trust the way you hold space, trust the quiet things you bring without even trying.

I’ve come away from the week feeling inspired, grateful, and really excited to weave all of this fresh energy back into The Yin Side Paihia.
