Bay Physio Ltd, established in 2004 in the stunning Bay of Islands, is seeking a motivated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our experienced and supportive team.
We are recruiting for one flexible position, which may be structured as:
One Full-Time Physiotherapist (1.0 FTE), or
Or flexible part time physiotherapists
Clinic locations (Paihia & Kerikeri) and hours will be tailored to the successful applicant(s).

About the Role
You will join a collaborative team of experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapists working in modern clinics designed to support clinical excellence and work–life balance.
Caseload includes:
Predominantly musculoskeletal and rehabilitation services
ACC Vocational Rehabilitation, Training for Independence, Integrated Care Pathways and Concussion services
Potentially community rehab classes and residential home physio services
Opportunities also exist to work with local sports teams and community events, supporting strong referral pathways and professional growth.

About You
You will ideally be a confident, energetic physiotherapist :
Have 2/3+ years’ MSK experience. Sports physiotherapy experience being a bonus
Hold NZ Physiotherapy Board registration and current APC
Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
Enjoy working within a supportive team environment
Demonstrate excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and a willingness to grow professionally
Preference will be given to candidates currently based in New Zealand or already holding work rights.
