Ko Christina Winitana tōku ingoa. My belief and passion to be of service to the collective, via the blessings I came here with can no longer be withheld. I do not pretend to be someone I am not; you will receive me as I truly am. I wholeheartedly trust and have faith in my guides and the messages they provide. Card readings - I initially started reading for myself when I was young, then for close friends and family from about my mid-20s. Stepping into this space, of offering my services in a public capacity since the end of 2022. Meditation - my experience developed from many years of my own meditation self-practice journey. It is yet another service I have facilitated on and off over the years to work colleagues, friends and family. From short lunchtime group sessions, to slightly longer evening classes, and am now offering one-on-ones upon request. Further to that, I have completed a Mindfulness Practitioner and Coach workshop, which included meditation instruction and techniques. Self-healing 'Coach' [Guide / Advisor] - again, life experience is where the majority of my learnings and understanding flows from. I have also successfully completed a 'Breakthrough Life Coaching' Course (via New Zealand Life Coaching and ANZCAL). Experience and education have led me to the same conclusion; the answers one seeks already exist within oneself.
