We are so grateful to the amazing Manawatū Woodworkers Guild for their generous donation of beautifully handcrafted wooden toys (just in time for Christmas)

Each toy has been carefully made with aroha, creativity, and incredible skill. These gifts will bring joy to tamariki in our community.

Losing someone to su***de can leave deep pain, questions, and loneliness that are hard to put into words. You don’t have to face it alone.

Our Bereaved by Su***de Support Group offers a safe, understanding space to share, listen, and find comfort alongside others who truly understand.

🕊️ When: Fortnightly on Tuesday evenings
📍 Where: ACROSS Te Kotahitanga o te Wairua, 294a Church Street, Palmerston North
💬 Cost: Free

Facilitated by an experienced counsellor, this group welcomes anyone who has lost a loved one to su***de, whether recently or many years ago.

Our staff room has had a fresh new look! No more red and yellow. Now it's a calming Moon Mist green! 🌿 It’s amazing what a splash of paint can do to brighten up the space and lift everyone’s spirits.

A big thank you to Arianna and Bri from St Peter's College for volunteering their time, and to Shane and Jenny for helping make it happen. 🙌 It took just two days, and we’re loving the new vibe! 💫

🌸 Raising Self-Esteem (Women & Girls) – A one day workshop designed to build confidence, self-worth, and resilience, empowering women and girls to thrive.
