Amazing mahi designing and printing out my new Rongoā labels from Māori pakihi
Was so easy and fast👌We had a kōrero and they went ahead with my thoughts adding in my logo in the background of the whole label and making them pop with these new metallic colours.
Absolutely STUNNING! Highly recommend them for label design and printing. Bonus that they are pakihi Māori too🤩.

Grounding Spray❤️

I grew up next to old Kahikatea trees that always rained with yummy berries when in season and housed us from the harsh winds. The first time this tree wanted to connect with me it started showing me dreams and visions of its roots growing down into the earth and entwining with other trees or Kahikatea. The visions were always tinted red 🔴and the tree spirit pointing at my feet, showing me movements for connecting into the earth better. By digging my feet into the earth, lying on my back on the earth or even little stretches.
The tree wanted me to ground myself better, to connect to Papatūānuku more stronger, to bring me back to earth as I was always astral travelling or wanting to go to Rangi👆but you can only ascend as high as you are rooted.

He tinana ki runga, he tāmore ki raro- in order to flourish above, one must be firmly rooted below.

I sat with Kahikatea for years🤍grounding, rooting myself, connecting to Papatūānuku, stabilising and supporting myself with this beautiful trees healing. It is always something I come back to and use to bring me back to earth as a māmā when the chaos of having little ones can be a bit much or even the mahi life tings as well.

So I created this spray for others to help them feel more grounded, rooted and connected to Papatūānuku. To bring them back down to earth when the hinengaro is all over the place. To stabilise, support and help them feel safe. Healing and unblocking the base chakra. It is on my website if anyone needs ❤️♥️🍓🔴🍎
