I have been very slack in posting much on this page but seeings as it's new year and I have some new followers.. here I am👋

So hey I'm Tamara, mother of two and this is where I post some of my creations. My name The Divine Forager may suggest I am a seasoned forager, but actually I am forever learning all things plants, their benefits and remedies at my own pace. Happily pottering in my garden, creating this and that.

Upon reflection on these last few years I have come to realise that the divine forager is exactly what I've been doing on a spiritual level. Rediscovering who I am and what I know to be true. Rediscovering what brings me joy and light into my life. 💫

This year I made a new balm using chamomile, comfrey and calendula. Also created some bath salts with dried flowers.

I also discovered a new joy of flower arrangement art as we created a beautiful piece from all foraged materials - In honor of my beloved Grandad who returned to source recently. 💓

So for those who celebrate it, happiest of new years, may all your dreams come true.

I have something pretty special to share!

Ruthie Janine and I are running our second Reiki Kids workshop on the 27th of August!

After such a beautiful workshop at the beginning of the year, we just knew we would do another 😍

This gorgeous workshop will give kids a gentle, basic understanding of Reiki, its history, and how to apply it in everyday life situations. The children will be attuned by Ruth to the Tibetan Reiki lineage (level one)

The workshop is customized to a child's understanding, it's fun and creative. By the end of the day, your child will come away with a gift for themselves and others - The magical gift of Reiki ✨
Spaces are limited and will fill up quickly, if you are wanting more information about this workshop, message either me or Ruthie Janine and we will answer any questions you might have.

I have used Reiki so much since it found me in 2020 and it has helped my health and mental wellbeing in so many ways. What an awesome gift for the kids to embrace 🥰

As the cooler months approach I am mindful of keeping my immune system in check. So earlier this month I decided to try my first apple cider vinegar infusion, sometimes known as "fire cider".

💥Apple cider vinegar
💥Ginger
💥Garlic
💥Onion
💥Lemon
💥Tumeric
💥Raw honey
💥Chilli
💥Rosemary
💫And of course, a giant dose of universal love energy 💓

I will be infusing for at least 6 weeks, straining then storing in fridge to use on salads or vegetables. Keen to try it as a straight shot also. I will post an update when it's done.

Calendula is an amazing flower used for its anti-inflammatory effects and its ability to aid in skin healing. I have been growing my own Calendula flower, harvesting, drying, and storing. Recently I have infused sweet almond oil with Calendula flower petals.

What a beautiful colour!

I have further used my sweet almond oil infusion in my own Kawa Kawa balm to try on eczema within my little family.

All Infused and made with universal love energy. 🌱🌼💓

Spring Onion! 🌱

It's good for your immunity and digestion and it's super easy to grow. Do you have a tonne of spring onion from your harvest and you're not sure what to do with it all?
As well as fresh in salads, did you know you can also dry it for future use? Store dried spring onion in an air-tight jar and add it to any dish to enhance the flavour! Soups, dips, chutneys etc.
