Now that the weather’s finally starting to play ball, it’s the perfect time to get back out in the garden! 🌸

Just a little reminder that all the bending, digging, and lifting can sneak up on your back if you’re not careful. Here is a few easy tips to keep you moving comfortably:
🌱 Warm up first - a few quick stretches before you start makes a world of difference.
🌱 Switch up your position often - your spine loves movement!
🌱 Lift with your legs, not your back (your future self will thank you).
🌱 Take breaks - stand up, stretch, grab some water, admire your hard work.

If you do end up feeling a bit stiff or sore after a big day in the garden, an adjustment can help get you back to feeling your best. 🌼
