We will be closed for Christmas holidays from the 19th Dec 2025 to the 5th Jan 2026. The final day for accepting samples for processing was Monday, 15th Dec. Any samples received after this date will be stored and processed when we re-open on the 5th of January 2026. Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season!

The upcoming Animals in Disasters and Emergencies Conference hosted by the Animal Emergency Incident Management Network of Australia and New Zealand (AEIM ANZ) will be held in Palmerston North in May. This event promises to be a valuable opportunity to share information and learn about improving human and animal safety and welfare at incidents involving animals, such as incidents in the paddock, incidents whilst transporting animals and incidents during equine sports.
The conference will be held at Massey University, 9 – 10th May 2025.
