We are a psychology based practice that draws on a wide range of skilled clinicians who provide rehabilitation for those who have suffered injuries.

We are a psychology based practice that draws on the skills of a wide range of clinicians to help our clients achieve the best quality of life possible. We have a core team of psychologists but also contract other professionals, including psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, medical specialists and psychiatrists where needed. What We Do

A main area of our work is committed to helping clients with pain-related issues such as headache and migraine, muscle pain, back pain, chronic regional pain and head injury. However, a significant part of our work is non-pain related. We can also help with issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional trauma and sexual abuse, obsessions and compulsions as well as child, relationship and family issues

How We Can Help

We use proven approaches and the best modern technology to help our clients improve their quality of life - whatever the problem. We provide helpful strategies, and useful counselling and psychotherapy techniques - but, most of all, we are prepared to listen and understand. We can help speed recovery with cutting edge Biofeedback and Neurotherapy approaches integrated into treatment plans that are individually tailored to meet our client's needs.

Another successful expo in the books!

Last week, EAP Services' Relationship Managers, Jeremy and Russell, had an awesome opportunity to be part of the NZ Steel Health and Wellbeing Expo at Glenbrook, and what an incredible experience it was!

With 1500 dedicated employees at the Glenbrook site, they were happy to join forces with local and national providers to spread the word about our services. They had an absolute blast chatting with the diverse teams and divisions that make NZ Steel tick, from the innovative minds behind the scenes to the impressive machinery powered by New Zealand's very own ironsand.

What an awesome day at the Fonterra Te Rapa's Day Expo yesterday! One of our Key Account Managers, Daniel Kirkland, and our Regional Manager for Waikato, Chris Cooper, had a blast communicating the benefits of our EAP Services programme, and reminding the team that we provide counselling for life challenges and also practical support around budgeting, financial advice, career, personal legal questions and health coaching as well.

With over 350 attendees, it was truly engaging! Plus, we got to give away some awesome prizes! Thank you all for making it such a fun day!

We do love to come together for a good cause at Habit Health! On Friday, so many of our branches got together to celebrate Pink Shirt Day to stand tall and proud against bullying of all forms here in Aotearoa.

There were pink shirts, pink umbrellas, pink food and pink headbands. Working together to encourage diversity and kindness – gotta love our teams!
