Did you know that it’s thought up to 80% of people will suffer from jaw pain, at some point in their life.
It can be a huge burden, limiting eating, socialising and enjoying life.
There’s some simple ways to manage and stay on top of it - follow along as more practical advice comes out each week.

Jamie is a World Class Speed Competitor (skate & ice) & Coach, and he’ll be leading our Speed Skating program this Term 4! 🛼❄️

✨ Ever wanted to do something fun and active with your teenager? Come along and give Speed Skating a go – suitable for both Quads and Inlines.

📅 Mondays 5–6pm
📍 Revolution Skate Centre
🗓 Term 4: 6 October – 15 December (11 classes)

✅ Skate hire available
✅ Please arrive at 4:45pm to get ready
✅ Bring water, good socks, helmet + protective gear (if you wish)
⚠️ Helmet compulsory – please bring your own
