Kia Orāna and welcome as I start an exciting and nervous chapter - Bodywork with JLo🤘

My name is JLo (Janine Lowe) and I LOVE nature - especially the ocean all year round and Mauao, my Kopu Tangata (family), contributing to the community, and it’s even better with delicious kai! 🐷🥰

I also love being able to support and guide people with their bodies, from where they’re at, acknowledging, appreciating and celebrating what they get to do with their bodies, in the moment it’s in, with a focus on strength, mobility, stability, conditioning and well-being.

With a background in coaching and competing in CrossFit and Weightlifting, the joy and skill of these modalities has expanded my kete of tools, knowledge and capacity as a PT through my years of doing my best to meet myself and others where they are🙏

is ZenThai Shiatsu, which is a focused intentional bodywork that is deeply nourishing and combines Thai Massage, ZenShiatsu (Japanese Bodywork) and Osteopathic Remediation Techniques.

Official first day at my new space offering the deliciously nourishing Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork, a beautiful combination of Thai Massage, ZenShiatsu and Osteopathic Remediation Techniques.

60 and 90min sessions are available, and will still be offering mobile massage!

This focused intentional bodywork modality has reminded me and the beautiful humans I’ve had the privilege of supporting, what it feels like and what it means to be held, supported and met where you’re at.

I love to learn, share, and connect, the key for me is practicing courage and curiosity so that when I make mistakes (cos I’m human!) I do my best to remember the blessings and the lessons from life are to support my evolution and gain clarity on what fills my heart, my cup and my mind🙏

Meitaki Ma’ata for every thing and every person, kopu Tangata (family), friends, clients, and the community of people I get to support and walk alongside.
Each moment and each person has come along my path and lead me to where I am, who I am and what I get to experience today, this mornings sunrise was that reminder, we all get to be here, right now, as we are, in this body, at this moment of time, so let’s get amongst it, have some fun and be kind and curious to ourselves, eachother and Mama Earth🙏
