Behind every small business is a person wearing a lot of hats - so I thought it was time I properly reintroduced myself.

Hi, I’m Ali - the face and founder behind The Wellness Zone.

Confession… I’m not someone who loves being in front of the camera, so this is probably about as close as you’ll get to seeing me on this side of the lens. 😅

Most days you’ll find me behind the scenes keeping everything running - welcoming clients, learning about new wellness modalities, working on ways we can improve your experience when you walk through our doors, and doing all the little things that come with running a small business.

I created The Wellness Zone with a simple goal - to make wellness more accessible for everyone. Whether you’re an athlete, a gym-goer, someone focused on recovery, longevity, or simply curious about non-invasive wellness modalities, this space was created for you.

When I’m not at the studio, you’ll usually find me on the netball court. I play netball for in the domestic NZ competition, so life can get a little chaotic at times.

The Wellness Zone is a safe space - somewhere you can slow down, feel calm, be curious, and simply take time for yourself.

The last few months have been a big season of change for our small little biz with moving spaces and expanding our services. We’re continuing to grow and evolve, and we’re incredibly proud of the space we’ve built and are continuing to build.

If you’ve visited once before or a regular of ours, thank you for being part of the journey. And if you’ve been thinking about coming in, we’d love to welcome you.
