In my 14 years experience I have worked along side and treated a diverse range of sports teams and elite athletes. A few of these teams include the Tall Blacks, Tall Ferns, Hawkes Bay Magpies, Bay of Plenty Steamers, Chiefs and the Volcanics.
My passion is to work with the individual person and create a goal for them to be pain free and back to full range of movement using the skills and knowledge I have collated over the years.
Each treatment is personalized to fit the individual needs.

Remedial Massage
With remedial massage I can help to reduce your recovery time by minimizing swelling and inflammation in your body. Remedial massage is a great way to help the body return to optimal heath after surgery or during injury recovery.
Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular massage is a skill I am a firm beliver of. This technique focuses on trigger point therapy and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitative) stretches which target nerve impaction. A trigger point is an area of the body that triggers pain in another part of the body.
Pregnacy Massage
Just the physical touch incorporated into pregnancy massage provides the mommy-to-be with the physical and emotional support that is needed during a time that can be extremely stressful.
I have a Belly Pillow which allows a awesome option to have a massage while laying on their stomach right up to their due date. Every pregnant ladies dream.
