I am now an approved Rongoa Maori Practitioner !

What is Rongoa Maori:
It is a traditional holistic healing system from Aotearoa using rongoa rakau( herbal remedies), mirimiri, romiromi( physical therapies like massage) spiritual healing and supportive guidance to restore balance across physical, mental, sprirtual and enviromental well-being.
It emphasizes deep connections to the whenua and ancestors, focusing on overall health, not just treating symptoms, and involves sustainable harvesting and reciprocal care with the ngahere(forest)

In other words - healing your body, mentaly, physically and spiritually in a natural way using techniques and herbs which our ancestors have been using for years.

Steps to access treatment with a ACC number:

Once you have your claim number (ACC Number) please call
# 0800 101 996 - ACC
# Request Rongoa Maori Services
# Give my details Total Muscles Vendor - VBL255
# They will allocate a number of sessions based on your injury
# I will be sent this approval, we will contact you and book you in for your 1st session

Welcome to the New Year of 2026!

New and exciting times ahead

Starting off with an extra day of mahi to carter for new clients. I will alternate Wednesday and Fridays each week.
Monday - 1:15pm to 7pm
Thursdays - 9am to 4pm
Alternate Wednesday and Friday - 8am to 12:30pm
So book in now for a new year iron out massage.

The exciting news is I am now ACC approved as a Rongoa Maori Paratitioner !! Now you can come see me with your ACC claim for mirimiri and rongoa rakau. I have been doing this for over 20 years now, it just has become more accessible for you. (more infomation coming soon)

Movement:

Kia ora koutou, just letting you all know I will be finishing up at ReDefined Wellness Hub on the 10th January 2025. Sadly this will be my last day here.
With the dynamics changing at home, it has opened up a new chapter in my life and I will be moving away from Papamoa.
