For years I found working in beauty a brutal double standard as a deep human with a deep desire to show up for life and leave some sort of positive change or growth on my departure beyond how I physically look.

As I age I realised it is all important.

Not just showing up or standing up for change in the collective but also showing up for loving change and growth within ourselves and our own life.

Beauty and nourishment is yet another way we can do this in life!
When we feel beautiful, cared for and nourished we can give so much from the over flow.
