The man pulled fast work, 8 weeks -6kg and done way too easily!

We’ve since been working the same goal down and have only recently made the turn around for full focus on making some serious muscle gains over the coming 3-4 months. CAN NOT WAIT, to see this phase ticked off cuzzy! We pulled off a solid change visually but after the few yarns we’ve had along the way, it’s clear the mentality is in as strong a spot as it has ever been!
Really proud of the game change, stoked you’ve essentially joined the light 😉🤣 but eh, how you do one thing is how you do everything. So I know the steps made in health/fitness will be brushing off everywhere else too. We’re solid bro! Let’s get it done! ✊🏼🔥

Can probably go ahead and say I’ve sent some of the harshest ‘tough sh*t’ messages Tayla’s way 😅🫶🏼Achieving -12kg in 3 months.

Why? Because sometimes life delivers a few factors we can’t avoid and they do set a harder game to play. Sometimes those factors stay a long time too. But the fact is, it is the cards your dealt. You do make decisions that put you there and? If you want to be better, you gotta pick that s**t up and deliver. My job is to coach people toward the goal they wish to achieve, at rate they can sustain to get there. Once we start working together, we find out what responsibilities each person has. What their priorities are and also, the hurdles that come along the way. definitely has her share and they are what most would call ‘reasonable’ factors to pull back on weight loss, or training, or dieting at all. But she won’t. She hasn’t. She takes each message on board and continues to punch harder to achieve more. Not everyone moves as fast as another in achieving their goals but not everyone carries the same weight. We gotta play our game if we want to win and you’re doing exactly that T! Proud asf of you, and so stoked you keep pushing through! 💯✊🏼

clocked in -16kg in the progress photos above! A 5 month journey that has not been easy… I fact, even ‘hard’ wouldn’t be fitting. I won’t tap into the personal struggles life delivered but let’s just say it really did stop and say ‘do you really want this.’
And fu**in too right she does! 😤 Not once has she stepped back, the resilience and determination has been on 💯 since day one and it’s been motivating to watch you continue to win Benita! True champion mentality and we’re definitely going all the way!

Clare’s killed it since day one! The level ups mentally and physically have not stopped. Fat loss + muscle gain typically gets harder as you go. With less to burn as you get lower and new pbs to reach higher and higher in each lift. Yet with us, our results have been coming in easier the longer we work. Meaning the personal development with understanding and applying food AND, that consistent growth and effort in training is on form!

-22KG in 2 months…. Bruh we ain’t playing! 😤

Came in to tear the game up and it’s exactly what we’re doing. We haven’t played an easy plan or a perfect ex*****on but we also haven’t played any less than our best. When you do? The constant progress is typically just like this, massive changes at a fast rate.
We have put a very solid plan in place to support hunger levels and performance to the highest standard possible while in an aggressive deficit. This is key when wanting to lose weight fast. Most will look for ways they can continue to eat all the foods they love and yeah, you can lose weight eating whatever you want, so it is possible. But if you’re wanting those results at a rapid rate? You’re going to want to structure a plan dominant in foods that leave you feeling fed, that support energy output, and maintain positive hormonal production as long as you can. That is where we start to eat more for purpose than preference. Do this for a short period of time, achieve the results fast enough to maintain motivation and patience. THEN, go back to a plan that is heavy in the food you love to keep what you’ve earned… a much easier plan to maintain with a lot of flexibility. This is what we’re doing here and the man’s killing it so far! 💯✊🏼
