Walk with me to see the beautiful greens I harvest daily from mums garden. I am very glad to have this next door as gardening is not yet my thing!
Thyme is a beautiful anti microbial and makes delicious tea.
Basil is fabulous rich in anti oxidants and a great digestive aid, awesome for pesto and and ragu.
Parsley highly nutritive and an amazing diuretic, avoid if pregnant though, parsley tea is an excellent way to help relieve fluid retention.
Rocket the queen of hormone greens and absolutely magic for liver and gallbladder, high in folate.
Rosemary the memory booster and liver lover, makes such a delicious cleansing tea and awesome hair growth treatment. I make amazing brain tonics with one of the tinctures containing rosemary.
Bay leaves full of anti oxidants and great digestive aid, perfect addition to my bone broth.
Swiss chard and silverbeet, amazing sources of folate essential for healthy red blood cells, they make crab in the lab called folic acid this is synthetic rubbish and not what humans need. We need the true natural form folate, leafy greens are abundant sources.
With any herbs if you are pregnant or on pharmaceuticals you must check with your health care provider before using any herb in a therapeutic manner. 🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿

Love coffee?
Some camps say it's good others say it's bad!
Here's the thing, if it brings you joy then enjoy it.
Learn your tolerance, try not to rush around whilst drinking it, add some fat to slow down caffeine absorption.
Try and and consume before 12pm to avoid any sleep disturbances.
I know that if I drink too much coffee it's detrimental to my nervous system, I know too much coffee messes with my cycle, so I try to keep to 1 a day most days, but there are days when I have 2. Try not to stress yourself about these things. πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

Try to shut out the noise in the women's wellness world and really tune in to what your body thrives with.
We are all different, my biggest wish in my work is to support women to follow their gut with what style of eating and exercise suits their particular body.
Get the basics right, 7 - 9 hours sleep per night
Embrace restorative practices
Eat protein
Stay hydrated
Move
A
Eat a rainbow
Then fine tune to your needs
