What an appointment with me looks like…….

Before you arrive I will have done the dowsing diagnosis of the vertebra or joints that need work.

We might discuss what you’re here for and what’s bothering you most.

You will sit on the stool, facing away from me.

I’ll rub the affected areas I have picked up on with some liniment or oil. Always starting with the back first.

Then I’ll adjust the vertebrae or limb back into place with digital pressure and a movement of the body or limb.
I’ll check each joint is correct before moving onto the next.

When finished I’ll double check everything is 100%.

You’ll have some arnica spray and I’ll give you an aftercare advice sheet and tell you how many days it’ll be until you’re feeling 100%, all going well and you allow yourself to rest.

That’s it! And hopefully you won’t need to come back.

I also work on animals. But without the stool!
